![]() They were able to fix it simply by reloading the page. One of my players stated that they also had a similar issue with logging in earlier. And clearly the first cache clearing was not enough to COMPLETELY fix everything. Relaunch the game and then run the settings applier again. I honestly have NO IDEA what could have caused this. If you found you've made a mistake or you wish to revert a change you've made with the applier, simply return back to the game's Game Settings Page and change the desired settings back. Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Like I say, no expert, only on my second campaign as a DM and first one using dynamic lighting but. It finally let me login and click stuff AND keep me logged in. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser. you can just do it with fog of war and the polygon selection tool if easier. Just may need to manually move them to specific parts of the map. Explorer mode should help them see previously explored areas (without any vision of NPCs) and if you view the dynamic lighting layer you can remove any doors etc so they can maintain line of sight. As long as you drop them inside each floor then they should only see what they can see. This is problem for, eg, Curse of Strahd Death House, because if I set Daylight Mode then they can see everything- all the floors! And I have rogues and such in my party that can see in dim light.
